Test Iowa

UPDATE: Effective April 9, 2025, we will no longer distribute COVID-19 test kits. We will continue to process any previously distributed kits until Friday, April 18, 2025.

This change aligns our services with the current landscape, where COVID-19 testing is widely available through healthcare providers, pharmacies, and at-home test kits.

Iowans are encouraged to continue practicing preventive health measures and to contact their healthcare provider with any questions regarding COVID-19 testing or care.

By participating in the Test Iowa assessment you agree to share your contact information and assessment responses with the State of Iowa. You also agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Further, in the event there is a test conducted, the patient's name, test result and other information will be reported to the Iowa Department of Health as a reportable disease under Iowa Code section 139A.3
